We sell physical products, including electronic items. Every item is checked carefully before dispatch.

When You Can Request a Refund or Replacement

• The product was not delivered
• The product is not working on arrival

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and share clear photos or videos as proof.

Electronics – Important Note

For electronic products, refunds or replacements are only applicable if:

• The item is dead on arrival (DOA)
• There is a manufacturing defect
• confirmed after inspection

Products damaged due to power issues, mishandling, water damage, or improper use are not eligible for refunds

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Physical damage caused by customer use
• Missing accessories, manuals, or original packaging
• Products returned after the allowed time period

• Date of delivery
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue (whatsapp in footer)

Approved refunds are usually processed within 2 – 3 business days.
Bank processing times may vary within Pakistan.
